From helping us take our first steps to managing our finances, fathers are the best mentors. They work day in and day out, even sacrificing their comforts, to earn for our needs. What our fathers have done can never be repaid with material things. Yet, don’t you think once we grow up, we should start checking up on their health and happiness? As they age, their health and immunity go through many changes. Their nutrition needs to change accordingly. So, this Father's Day, let’s take care of our superheroes too! Your father’s diet should comprise of whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies and a diet that is low in sodium, fat, and cholesterol.
